Dear Stuart, I have been remiss in not writing to you to thank you for the exceptional service I received when I came over on Saturday a few weeks ago to check for the balancing of the tyres on my Conti R.The care and attention and willingness to share the information with me was extremely generous of you and I appreciate that the final charge probably did not even reflect the true time spent by Simon and all of your team.I have just returned from my 3,000 mile South of France round trip in the car and the difference of having the new tyres and everything properly balanced etc was extraordinary. Regarding the remap that you did, I was able to confirm on the 1000kms drive home that there is absolutely no impact on normal driveability or economy. However it’s a different story when giving it the beans, bloody hell, you turned it into a monster! Super quick throttle response. The amazing result puts a smile on everyone’s face. It’s hard. to believe they sell this machine with all that power hidden. I am very happy and grateful.

Bentley Continental GT V8 S – 2014

Dear Stuart,
I drove the Conti down to Basingstoke and then back up the M3 and across to Haslemere. She drove beautifully and there is now no sign of the kangaroo syndrome.
So, as always, many thanks for the work and the professional care and attention to all the details.

Please convey my gratitude to Simon and the other gent in the workshop ( I am ashamed that his name escapes me for a moment ).

I am sure that I have not tempted fate by conveying my gratitude today and I can now look forward to the drive to the S of France, which will hopefully be drama free in terms of the car performance.

Dear Stuart & Simon, Just a quick note to say thank you for all the hard work and love you & your team put into rebuilding the engine and gearbox of our Bentley S3 Continental.
Initially I was overworked and unable to get out in the car often enough to appreciate fully what you have done, but over the last couple of weeks I’ve had a chance to take the S3 out for a few motorway runs and trips through the lanes. The car is performing so smoothly it even gives the Continental R a run for its money and I’m pleased to say that I’m thoroughly enjoying driving the car. What an amazing car, completely different proposition and my first impressions are very good. You guys certainly know how to set up the suspension, has to be driven to be understood!
